Find out how long they have been in business too. Some auto or body shops are backed by the Better Business Bureau, BBB, which means they are a legitimate business and have gotten good reviews. The BBB can also tell you if there have been complaints that have been filed against them.

Please don’t think I’m telling you this based on a few Caribbean cruises and downsizing from a house to a condo in the same community. I tend to deal in MAJOR geography–a 67-day cruise involving calls on five continents (missed South America and Antarctica) and a permanent move from the Front Range of the Colorado Rockies to the Pacific Northwest, for example.

There can be nothing more annoying that living with someone with a habit of hiding your car keys and then directing you with ‘you’re warm… oh, getting colder’.

You site must pay for itself by working for you – be that delivering your message, selling your products, generating leads or delivering great customer support. If it’s not doing any of these things, you need to fire it!
